Our Contribution to the Sea

Animals are miraculous. They have so much to teach us if we are willing and observant. Science has uncovered many truths about the complex emotions we share in common, ways we differ, and how, by perceiving the world as they do, we can enrich our appreciation for life.

My wife, Valerie, and I love animals. On a good week, we can dedicate 20, even 30 hours of volunteer work in hopes of making the world a better place for these voiceless souls.

Both of us have over ten years of marketing experience. This skillset, combined with today's access to web technology and product sourcing, and our love for nature, make SeaLife.gifts a perfect alignment of strengths, resources, opportunities, and passion - a sweet spot.

This website is one of the many ways we want to utilize our talents to benefit these stunning, deserving creatures.

It's our goal to support hard working charities - as they fight on the front lines - with meaningful contributions.

In our effort to make the biggest impact possible, we will donate a share of our proceeds based on the particular margins of each product or product category.

Some products have very low-profit margins and can only be sustained with the base rate while other products that have better margins enable us to contribute much more.

Our contribution starts with a base rate of 5% on all products, and you will find individual products and entire collections marked with increased contributions of up to 25%.

With so many great causes and organizations working hard to protect these innocent animals and their habitats, we couldn't pick just one. Below you will find a list of 501(c)(3) non-profits that we support.

The SeaLife.gifts project is new, but my wife and I look forward to providing monthly contribution updates on this page, to our email list, and on our social profiles. We would love for you to keep tabs on our progress by joining our newsletter and connecting with us on our social accounts.

With love and hope,

Tim Robitaille, SeaLife.gifts
